i just tried to see if its a bind conflict issue and its not as i reset my crouch back to crtl and it did nothing to fix the problem
Just making sure. Well, if it's not a conflict issue, it may very well be a bug, but I have yet to have this happen to me. Either way, you can report it in the 0.7.0 bug report thread that is pinned, and either somebody else can help you, or the dev can take a look at it. Sorry I couldn't help you more.
