Thanks to everyone who attended the showcase of the Bad Trip demo! The event was a tremendous success, and we were thrilled to see such enthusiasm and support from the gaming community.

We gathered a lot of great ideas and insights that will help us make Bad Trip even better, and we can't wait to implement some of the amazing suggestions we received.

I was able to add water splash for jumping (not just landing) and only appears on water not other surfaces. I also added temporary SFX for it and magnetic effect when collecting Platinum Vinyls.

New Trick UI update! Replacing the old text with this new version, inspired by the Beavis and Butt-head title 😃. Baby steps, but going strong!

Good → nice zoom-in/out.
Bad → gentle shake

We are adding some 'water splashes' for other objects and obstacles that interact with water.

We finally have moving objects stopping when you press pause. This was making gameplay sometimes unforgiving if you weren't paying attention when hitting pause, since some obstacles were coming at the player non-stop. But the bug's been fixed!

We finally got this chain reaction working! (Lava rock falls, hits a barrel, barrel explodes, leaving a fire lane) Be ready to time those jumps and surfskate side to side like a maniac in the later levels 🔥

New power up is LIVE! Been sitting in the backlog, but now Surf Guy can grab a turntable and start throwing discs to smash through walls. Added particle FX hits when Surf Guy crashes into walls, plus blocks breaking and falling on impact.
