Hi! Yeah :c for some reason there are people who has expierenced that problem and idk why it happes, the phone work perfectly fine to me and I saw a lot of videos and nobody on the videos have the problem so it is seems to doesn't happen to everybody.
I start to think that it is more of a pc problem.
Feel free to request for a refund, because the game is not working properly to you, I'm sorry :c
