Okay, so first off: Not the dev. 

But, have a thought that might explain it: While the opening made it seem like Findo was more of a Tutorial NPC, I personally believe he was actually the Player Character. Soooo... those final scenes might explain it?

the most probably is a unused animation but in final phases and the findo blood it whas used in the game for the incidents xd
