This bug it's to weird. I can't replicated and seems to just happen to you for now.
I faced the same problem, which happened to all the neighbors, except the first one.
Like this:
In this case, you can and only can see their ID/entry request after you press the alarm button or click the entry list.
everytime
I just updated the game, I added some line of code that should fix it. Please let me know if it works.
It still false, I download again
