Regarding your questions, currently, those options aren't available. However, I wanted to share some insights with you.
The current gifts in the game have been carefully selected based on extensive research to ensure their availability in every country and avoid them appearing as ‘filter’ gifts, which could look odd as no person is on the screen. If you wish to change the "costs" of each ball, you don’t necessarily need other gifts. You can simply adjust the number of gifts required for each ball in the Settings. Just to mention, I have a plan to implement this feature in the near future.
As for the users’ names and pictures, they have been purposely chosen to resemble realistic new accounts and not to portray someone who may actually exist. :)
