You won't kill your headset man 😉 I don't do overclocking so the only thing you can get is your battery will, depending on profile, be drained a little faster.
120hz, VeryHigh CPU, Ultra GPU and maximum resolution will drain it for sure lol. 120Hz is not battery friendly
