Maria is so freaking kinky I love it, wish my girl was more like her, haha. When will we be able to get one or all the girls pregnant? I would really like to see Maria's reaction, plus when will we be able to fuq Kate?
Pregnancy will be available once the game is done, and only after you complete every character's story. Any other way of doing this would either seem buggy on the players end, or require years of dev time to account for which girls are pregnant, and which aren't in any given image.
Hard to say when you'll be able to fuck Kate, but hopefully soon ;)
