It's mostly there to give you more money. The items are unique, but they are reskins of normal items. Different partners give different rewards. The only company giving bot parts is the volksauto.

Hello. What do you think of a game where your objective is to hunt for metal parts to build a robot in the same style as the game "My Dystopian Robot Girl"
But, the setting is not a normal or dystopian world, it is a full post-apocalyptic setting with zombies and rubble.
The robot's parts will come from trash and its body will have combat and "comfort" functions, not just a robot but something sentient. You can put a lot of themes there, romance, erotic, adult, friendship, etc...
