Thanks for your feedback. Some fires were meant to start small and then grow larger- and these would take longer to put out. Unfortunately we never got the "small fire sprite" implemented in time for the deadline.
Regards the negative numbers on completing a mission - that's how it's meant to be (ie. you're trying to lose points to keep the bars low).  It never occurred to us that this was quite confusing, but it seems obvious now, so that's really helpful feedback. We've now added it to our "things to fix" list. Thanks again for playing.
