Tried starting a new save, still not seeing the pill bottle once the create is opened :/ Regardless, a fantastic demo and concept. Really looking forward what you'll add in the future :)
its a predzyme bottle you can find just lying around in the backyard of one of the houses on the far right side of the map. as far as i can tell theres no other pills in the game.
