How do I group up the pages per chapter?
That might be a stupid question. But how do you read that comic in the first place?
Don't you use any of the file formats commonly used? Like cb7 or epub. Even pdf.
If you use an archive, take care of the file ordering. Strange things can happen, if you have files names 1 2 3 10, instead of 001 002 003 010.
