Well, I am either very bad at this, or that is the point, that after jumping past the stairs, I always die :D If so, well trolled sir! Well trolled! I tried to pass the stairs 13 times, and failed each time, no matter how I landed. :D If that is not the point, a hint on where to land would be welcome :D
