I believe you can find the Itch saves located here:

C:/Users/[Username]/AppData/LocalLow/[GameName]

And on Android:

Internal Storage/Android/data/[GameName]

Sorry for the delay. You could always back your saves up to Google Drive and then download them to your phone/pc.
