EXCELLENT game, great aesthetics and the gameplay is unique and creepy but when I took on the role of the homeless man the game stopped progressing completely. I would love to figure out how to fix it so I can continue
I...I couldn't find anything to interact with. I went back and forth through the area and nothing appeared. I couldn't even see an ice cream truck I thought that might have been something I'd be looking for. I'll have to try it again since restarting the game forced a restart to the demo.
hmmmm I'd have to see a video or something to see what the problem is. I would suggest watching someone's playthrough so you can see where exactly the gates is perhaps you are just missing it? I havent seen anyone else run into this issue
Really cool game. Love the design of the theater. I do think you should add some ambiance inside the theater, maybe some chill music inside and some more sinister music outside.
I LOVED THIS. Top to bottom. Fun Narrative. Super Campy. Working the Snack Bar was good fun. Not knowing what I'd see when swapping characters was great. Scares were predictable but still a joy to see. I just wish working the Box Office had a bit more to it (Maybe counting change or something, just give it a little more of something) and the optimization needs work (I was having a lot of frame drops on my 3060Ti and my settings weren't exactly maxed out).
Heya! Thanks for the playthrough and the kind words! I hope you like what I have in store for the full release. As far as optimization goes the games textures/lights/mesh and cull distance are all optimized the reason you probably got reduced frame rates is the setting "Global Illumination" is defaulted to "Low" but any setting higher than "High" is going to significantly impact performance. This setting controls Unreal 5's new Lumen lighting system which is still pretty experimental. It is a new way of lighting scenes that I thought I would give players the option to use if they have higher-end computers. I might just fall back on baked lighting for the full release though.
What a well made demo, loved what the game had to offer so far and the multiple playable characters seems like it will be a lot of fun, can't wait for the full release.

amazing game. a few of the voice actors were kinda weird. but the first character you play as has a really good talent for it. Other than that the pacing and story building with everything is fun, including the addition of working between 2 different employees to handle different tasks while you know there is a killer. it gives tension and fun to complete your tasks
I quite enjoyed the demo! I really love the semi-camp feel; I'm reminded of Tremors, Illbleed, CarnEvil, and Sinister - great bits of horror media that have a similar disgustingly horrible charm. I'd honestly play the snack bar/box office as a full game if given the chance. The posters around the theater were very cool as well! Great uses of colour, composition, really cute/funny premises. Can't wait for the full release. <3
I loved this demo! I have both this and the "Terror At Oakheart" wishlisted. I'll have to check out your 3rd demo. Looking forward to the full releases!

Did you open the small gate attached to the fence and interact with the ice cream truck?
