One thing I found helpful was runningchmod +x ./TalesOfAdrogynyxattr -d com.apple.quarantine ./TalesOfAdrogyny./TalesOfAdrogynywithin the /Contents/MacOS/ directory After that filevault allowed me to say yes to opening the file.
