Is there a detailed tutorial on how to use, all I can get is a single model that does few poses and that's it. None of what is shown in the images is possible

Sorry you’re having problems. The overlay that shows on startup should show you all the required button presses.
In have found that sometimes after installing the game, some of the controls don’t work until the Quest has been restarted. So if some of the controls don’t seem to work, just try a reboot.
Holding the X button for a couple of seconds will add another model, holding X again will add a third. When you have multiple models in a scene, you select which one to control by a short press of the X button.
The Y button changes the active model to a different character. And the trigger button scroll between poses.
If you’re on the demo version (the title screen will tell you if you’re running the demo), the models and poses are limited, but you should still be able to have up to 3 models in a scene.
