You need to have done the quest to save Flo and opened the bathhouse. You can't get Selye's scene by losing to him in this route btw, it's only in the other ones, this has a bit of story unique to it later (more will come for sure) and potentially the best reward in a quest shared between the 4 routes later on, for now.
