If the romance update is unlocked does it mean we can date the 23 characters or it will be Patrick and Cecilia again?

If you talk to all 23 characters in the game, you know that some of them are already married (such as Madam Luz & Katherine), some of them are simply weird (such as Mark), some of them are not interested to pursue romance (such as Madam Zue) & some of them are infatuated with other character (such as Ned). That leaves a few available romanceable characters. To implement proper romance for these characters, we have to come out with a set of events that will lead to romance. This is quite challenging process.
