Hi this is very interesting! However, should I have concerns about the tool used to create the AI art? Is there a possibility that tool references copyrighted material, meaning this art can be copyrighted?

I've made a bunch of filtering and modification to AI-generated art, which likely places me in a strong position regarding copyright ownership under current laws. However, if someone can convincingly prove they hold the copyright, it would necessitate the removal of the image, though it would be hard to prove.
