I already completed the previous version but i have a new phone now is there any way to just continue from new version or i have to start over?

If you have access to your old phone, you can backup your saves and transfer them to the new phone, and continue where you left off.
If you also have a PC save, those work on Android too.
Unfortunately, if you no longer have access to those saves, you'll have to start fresh.
Here's a screenshot of where the Android saves are located. (Make sure to grab the persistent file too!)
