Edit: There a prerequisite to meeting Baphomet or is it just low chance to get? Explored the mountain about 100 times with no success
There are prerequisite, you need to do the whole Vincent quest first. I should've include that in the change log, sorry about that.
Also you might want to start over instead of using an old save file from v.08. Had the event pop up after doing so (after finishing the prereq. that Lyga stated)
