Try checking your completed quests. His only two appearances are that one and when you meet him in your room at midnight, so maybe you already did both?
...What? You can't meet him in your room at midnight. I have tried numerous times. It does not trigger. How on earth did you get it to trigger?
I'm starting to think my download is corrupted or something. I literally cannot do half the things people are supposedly doing.
You need to be on chapter 3, have Blade, and go to sleep shortly after midnight.
Why do you get the quest in Chapter 1 then??? I haven't even met anyone named Blade. No idea who that is.
