Thank you for your feedback! Since the game is still in very early access, it's really more of a sandbox build, so it is more meant to explore and get to know how it works. 
So far there is only one kind of enemy, which only spawns around the town, however as I'm writing this there are already a few more integrated. But I'll definitely work on the enemy stats since that really seems to be way too easy.
Creating paths on the overworld has been on my to-do list anyway, so I'm going to take care of that as well soon!

A Look-back to previous interactions sounds like a good idea! I'll try to find a way to implement that!

As said above, yes, so far desires only spawn around the town.

The slave market hasn't been fully implemented yet, I must have missed to write it in, I'm very sorry about that.
