Why is the personal pronoun for qui is they? And is she a boy? She really looks like a girl and is very cute.

Qiu is genderfluid with they/them and he/him pronouns. Though as a child, Qiu is assigned male at birth. It's never appropriate to call Qiu a girl or use she/her pronouns for them.

That's not what it means. All it describes is that your sense of identity shifts and changes instead of being a consistent aspect of yourself. Being genderfluid can mean many things because there are more gender identities than male and female. And Qiu doesn't identify as either of those.
