The fun factor is definitely here after the first wave.  

What I liked: 
-Being able to pan far from the gun and shoot distant enemies by feel is great

-Hitting multiple targets with one well-aimed shot feels good. I enjoyed trying to figure out the best geometry to hit as many as I could.

-The story and theme are strongly tied. 

What I would adjust:

-It's difficult to tell if you are making any progress on finishing a target.  If there were some indication like a hurt sprite or dying sprite that would help. 

-The shell whistling got somewhat grating quickly.  Maybe a chunkier sound?
