Theme: State of Anarchy
Bonus Challenges: Unlike the Theme, these are entirely optional. Feel free to do one, two, all of them or ignore them completely.
The optional challenges for this game jam are the following three:
1 - Mass Hysteria: The game features crowds of people panicking or killing each other.
2 - Menacing Masks: The enemies wear masks to conceal their identity and/or strike fear into others.
3 - City In Chaos: The game takes place in some urban environment that's undergoing some kind of unrest or upheaval.
