Okay so i bought the game but when i go to extract all i keep on getting this error

Well, sadly i don't speak any of those languages, can't even find the menu to pay, let alone filling out the correct data after, non of my translator programs works on those sites.. :/
I also doubt that steam will let this game out, lately it got pretty aggressive about games like that as far as i'm aware.
