Well its... really-really close still.
From 2.4 to 3.0 we only got like 2 new scenes with the fox girl only and literally nothing else(basically a "wakeup scene"), not even a line of new story. It toke 6 months, no new extras at all.
The next update is relatively close, but it toke another 5 or might be 6 months, and the update will be... 1 new scene and some combat, + drag and drop puzzle...

Sure, there are updates... but there are games that do more in 2 weeks, than this game in a year.

Considering there are 5 more characters, by just the time every character gets 1 single scene will take 3 more years. The story, extra scenes and such are going on the top of that, not to mention that Foxy said that he plans it a fairly large game, if you only take it as 2 scene / character then we are already at a 7-8 years development time.

And that is only if Foxyghost keeps up the peace, we seen countless times that projects gets slower significantly when the motivation goes away a few years in, or often completely abandoned... Quality is good 100%, but we also seen way too many of these stories to just ignore them.
TLDR: While the game isn't abandoned, you are far better off treating it as it IS abandoned, and at best revisit it a couple of years later.

I found the tweet:

The problem isn't that.

if i remember correctly Dev. tried to bring it to steam, and they refused, because they thought the girl looks too young.
You can't appeal those decisions on steam., even they are unwarranted.

After playing it though 2 times trying to get a somewhat good ending(i don't want peoples to die, even if you just "see it in the future", so for me there isn't any) i had the same idea. Sadly enabling dev console is rather difficult here.
The solution that worked for me: its easier to just enable the dev console in the new one (clover rise)((( renpy/common/00library.rpy: config.developer = True        config.default_developer = True(you search for them, the ones that matter are false at default))))) , grab the "game" files from clover revenge, and shamelessly just paste it in to clover rise.
After this: you can check variables after pressing shift+D, but you just want to use shift+O, and just type in coin = xy or guard = 4000, whatever you want. The variable names are rather straight forwards, but if you get somehow confused, you can still check them in variables after pressing shift+d.
Edit: Note that first time you should play it through the proper way. Yes, those aspects adds difficulty, but in this game specifically it isn't a "farming tool". You don't have to farm, even if you want to you can't, you have to make decisions with consequences.

Well, sadly i don't speak any of those languages, can't even find the menu to pay, let alone filling out the correct data after, non of my translator programs works on those sites.. :/
I also doubt that steam will let this game out, lately it got pretty aggressive about games like that as far as i'm aware.

Keep in mind guys that now fap mode is basically out in the demo version, only around 5% of the items available, i recommend keeping the old files just to be safe.

The main quest supposed to be Lesson 2 with anna, but you have no option, because they are "Frozen" because of a virus.
