no but after getting some good time in i must say
1: increse the walk speed a bit it is kinda slow to move around it would be normal cuz your are geting fat but its a VG were you get big to inhuman sizes so a bit of a faster walk speed would not hurt
2: make the booty lifting mini game a bit less hard cuz ill be honest when i try as hard as i can i feel like i may end up breaking my keyboard so i avoid the game at all times. IT needs you to press space so much so fast that it honestly stresses out both the keyboard and your hand too much if you ask me.
