not sure why the ENEMY seems to be getting the upgrades I bought. like the enemies paddle seems to get longer after the upgrade if I am not completely blind...
Just verified that the enemy only gets their upgrades while the player gets their own. The enemy does get upgrades every level, so if you beat a level and went to go buy upgrades, you'll see the enemy paddle better than it was last level!
