The beginning of the game tasks you to do 3 tutorials; card deck manager (buy some cards), wardrobe (access it), and gifting tutorial (talk to Juliet in her room). That should unlock the ability to sleep.

I replayed the game, but never gave the gift this time and i got the sleep option, i also unlocked the vip client as well

this was quite an annoying bug, maybe some bypass/bugfix so its not an issue whenever you roll around the next public version (android)
Don't worry, it has been fixed for Version 0.05 already on top of other improvements and quality of life. (The latest patreon release is 0.06).
