The timeline for that movie should be during Monster Hunter 4, and there isn't much information about nergigante that time, maybe that makes Runan's situation a bit awkward.?Anyway, I really like this game, so I'm worried about the characters. Thank you! Glad you are having fun with what we have so far! But like I said, that was no more than just a reference. We were inspired on how Elder Dragons are portrayed in the movie that we want to include it in the game to a similar vibe.
To be fair, I understand the confusion, but the bad ending itself has no relation to the current timeline of the MH franchise as it is just an easter egg :D
I actually thought of that anomaly before, but since it's a bad ending, I won't be putting much effort into explaining the events of it. Yet... But there is a reason why I chose that event! Stay tuned!
