It could be that you need to power down your device (drivers may be corrupted), or it could be that you need to update your OS/drivers (you should always do this anyway) or it could be that you don't have enough storage space.

Alternatively it could be that your particular combination of OS and hardware is incompatible with Ren'py, which unfortunately does happen sometimes. That's an SDK issue, however, and I have no control over it so I can't be of any help in that instance. Sorry!
