The old Christmas scenes can be replayed via the present icon in the bottom right corner of the CG room page of the main characters. The Christmas dungeon you access from the backery after an event with Mai and Dea can still be unlocked in the same way as during Christmas.
The futa character can not be changed, but before her scene comes the option to skip/avoid it, if you don't want to see it.
