Now it’s clear why my recommendations didn’t help: the logic of the game is broken, since the stone needed to update the wallet had to be mined at the stage of gaining access to the elf enclave. And in this save, the last world of the game is already open.
In addition, an early version of the game is used (current and stable version for the branch you are using: 0.67.010).
The way out of this situation is to either start the game again (or from an earlier save), or hope for a patch in the next version of the game (a copy of the save was sent to the creator of the game).
