Regarding the missing scene, grab the book from the shelf in your house before you leave Galanor. Read it to Warrick once he falls ill, in Arakarn's house.
I don't know who you're missing for A Friend to All. Probably a bug...

So I too have filled out the cast list and gotten all the cutscenes. I still haven't been able to unlock Friend to All. Is this a bug? I play on Steam
