I appreciate the help but I'm not really tech savvy.If you have the time are you able to show me how to bring it up on mobile or where the dashboard it. This is what my screen looks like

Your screen is missing the hamburger menu icon (three stacked lines).

I’m guessing it’s a browser issue.
