Evan was originally a different character who wasn't meant to have a big role, so he was just gonna be a hookup guy. I ended up scrapping that character when I couldn't get him to look like I wanted, then messed around with character creation until Evan came to be. His look inspired his personality, which led to him getting featured more. So he's not technically a romance yet, but it's definitely possible he'll become a romanceable guy as I write.
