Your Lona can get pregnant from a number of other species aswell.
1- Humans
2- Moots
3- Goblins.
4- Deepones/Fishkind.
5- Abomination.
6- *idk if i can consider them aswell...* Parasites.
Giving birth also allows you to get a Soft ending that can let you restart the game(by dying) and keep some of your levels(And items if you store them in the bank), this is called Rebirth.
You can also sell monster babies for money, and give Humanoid babies the church, You can also eat them, lol.
Pregnancy isn't complex but fun to dive in :D

you can also rebirth by taking the boat after having baby that is compatible with rebirth or doing the requirements for the other rebirth that requires selling off a certain number of a certain baby to the doctor
