I don't understand... crafting the orc potion does not make it appear in my usables list, am I missing something?
Its in the Transformations Page instead. Its the page with the potion logo on it

Uh...my Usables list and Transformations page are the same thing. Is that why I can't progress at all? Because transformations are bugged for me? I did find it really odd how half the characters think I'm human and half think I'm a mouse.
