I don't understand something about the rules. They said you have to make everything during the game jam but does that also mean colour palettes?
no you can use any color palette you want as long as you don't use any assets that you made earlier

o.O I don't think that colors can be owned so I guess you can use a preset.

not that it matters really but colors can actually be owned. For example Fedex has its blue and few other comapnies have too
