Hey, I'm glad you managed to get it working on Android, and glad you're enjoying it 🙂 To get all the Grind'm CGs you need to make the following choices when you're asked to pick a position:

Oral -> Oral
Bottom -> Bottom
Top -> Top
Bottom or Top - > Oral
Oral or Top -> Bottom
Oral or Bottom -> Top
