My understanding is, Ares Games would normally deliver the book in Europe but right now it is out of stock here. They have somewhat confusing availability info on the page that goes like this "OUT OF STOCK / Availability / IN STOCK (US/CA ONLY)". I'll try and contact them to see if it's gonna ever re-stock.
