I might be completely stupid or what not, and I'm getting hints I could, but do I... get the three housewives to sell their house for me to invite them to jessica's manor? It's a stupid question but for some odd reason, I'm feeling like I'm missing a few side characters

And you invite them to the manor by talking to Jessica in the kitchen during the morning, provided you repaired the east wing of the manor.

I wondered the same but already completed all content available in current version but Lucille's room seems to be missing. I randomly encountered her in the manor but no options except to chat.

I have this strange feeling you definitely didn't finish all content currently available if you are missing some of this sfuff :o

You may have progressed before properly doing some stuff which cut them off because you can't go back n do stuff after certain points and events.
