Hey - unfortunately it takes some time for the price change on Steam, so the timing was slightly beyond my control. I believe it should be $19.99 there too now. Other than that, the only differences are cloud saves for your data & friends list invites in the lobby for the Steam version. A lot of people prefer their games with no DRM or not tied to a system/company, hence the itch.io version. They are the same build though, and can play against each other online just fine. Thanks!
