This is a known bug. For now, please check if your graphics driver are up to date and that you have DirectX11 or above.
graphics are up to date and i'm with dx11 still no ocean
CPU: intel celeron 1,60 GHz
GPU: intel HD graphics 1300MB VRAM (overclocked)
RAM: 4GB DDR3
HDD 500GB
Windows10 Home 32bit
Hm... You might have to wait for an update that fixes this bug.
