I love the idea of coming back to an on-rails shooter! It’s more of a visual treat than a game, but it’s still a complete experience, nonetheless.
The game works but is unfortunately pretty trivial since you can just hold the fire button down and sweep the screen to kill most of the enemies, rendering them a non-threa. I think I spent more time moving from position to position than actually shooting at anything.
(The end-screen buttons don’t work either, so you can’t actually quit/restart the game without any power-user-esque tricks like ALT+F4/Win-key/etc.)
