im having some problems, the game freeze sometimes but if i move i hear the game sound

Which area and towards which part of the game does that happen? Is it always the same area? I'd need a bit more information to troubleshoot, as this isn't a known issue.

i think its about how much time pass from opening the game, because isnt the same area, the first time was when i falled in the cave, the second time when i were reading the note in the house

I'm so sorry about that! I haven't heared about a problem like this before and am a bit clueless of what might cause it. What kind of pc are you using to play? A weak one might cause troubles, because of the level images, but I guess that would need to be an old laptop or so to be affected by that.

my pc doesnt have a graphic card but a powerfull processor, i can play game like dark souls 3, cod 3, in low quality, also i still didnt did a refound should i do it, or i can show you it on discord and see if there is any way to fix? my disc is Reddalex

There is a fix for the client machine and a developer fix too (if this turns out to be the issue!)

Oh wow and here is me, believing to remember that they fixed the fps synch issue somewhere with the RPG Maker MV updates, haha. Honestly didn't know that it still was an issue when you run the game on higher refresh rate monitors. Thanks for pointing it out!
