I'm really happy to hear that you liked it! About the hand gesture, it's the ASL for "Escape \ Run", I wanted to make the full version of "Run away from me" but I couldn't animate it well so I resorted to simply "RUN". He scratched the eye because it's the one were the parasyte resides as you guessed it was to go against Bélzebuub and communicate. There are other instances he tries to communicate by gestures in the game, albeit very little because I'm not good at animating ahah!
